An innovative operations executive, David Morgan has extensive hospitality experience in the hotel (resort, convention, and boutique) and restaurant/bar space (full service, fast casual, marketplaces, and night clubs). He is a strong leader and has proven effective in strategic planning, change management, restaurant and bar conceptual design, and menu development; resulting in elevated guest service, improved team member satisfaction, operational efficiencies and enhanced financial performance.
After more than 20 years at Omni Hotels & Resorts, where he finished as VP of Food & Beverage in 2017, David moved to the NYC area and out of his comfort zone to become the Vice President of Operations at OTG Management, a leader in forward thinking airport concessions.
In the wake of COVID 19, David has taken the opportunity to step forward and help the hospitality industry rise to the challenges ahead, as a community.
