Kim Haasarud

Kim Haasarud is a media cocktail personality, cocktail book author and owner of Liquid Architecture, a beverage consultancy that works with national restaurant and hotel chains, world-wide.  She’s also the founder and Director of the Cocktail Collaborative (dubbed “The LAB”) in downtown Phoenix, a non-profit incubator space for bartenders and beverage innovation.  And her most recent endeavor, “Garden Bar PHX” plans to open in the Fall of 2020, taking her love of simplicity, spirits, gardening and cocktails in “Garden Bar PHX” in the South Roosevelt district of downtown Phoenix.  

She is also the VP of the United States Bartenders Guild and on the Board of Directors for the USBG Foundation.  She lives in Phoenix with her husband and two children.
